Statement of Account

  • A statement of account of your fees will be emailed to you at regular intervals to the address indicated by you on your registration form. It is the responsibility of the parent to check his/her account for correctness.
  • Should you not receive a statement of account, enquiries can be directed to the Bursar. Non-receipt of a statement of account is not an acceptable excuse for the non-payment thereof.

When are payments to be made?

School fees are payable in advance. Upon complete discontinuation of studies, all outstanding school fees immediately become due.

How can payments be made?

  • Payments are made directly into the school bank account. This can be done at Investec via EFT or at ABSA Bank. The deposit slip must be kept for reference purposes. Details of the bank account is as follows:

  • Always quote the student’s name and surname on the account. Without this, the payment cannot be fully processed.
  • Any bank fees relating to cash deposits will be charged to the parent’s account.
